[Construction Example] Bag Manufacturing Factory in Miyagi Prefecture

We will introduce a case of a bag manufacturing factory that sank due to ground subsidence and the impact of an earthquake!

We would like to introduce a case study of floor sinking correction work and subfloor void filling work carried out at a bag manufacturing factory located in Miyagi Prefecture. The neatly arranged bag-making machines were tilted due to floor sinking, which hindered production. As a temporary measure, legs (for height adjustment) were installed under the machines to level them, allowing work to continue. Consequently, we received a request for correction from the company, as we can quickly make adjustments without removing the machines, and we proceeded with the work. In addition to the floor sinking, voids were also observed under the floor, so we carried out the filling work as well. [Case Study] ■ Construction Area: Approximately 730m² ■ Maximum Sinking Amount: Approximately 110mm ■ Construction Period: 3 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] T Printing Company Factory in Miyagi Prefecture

We would like to introduce several examples of factories in the industrial zone of Miyagi Prefecture that have been modified using our construction method!

We would like to introduce a case of floor vibration suppression work carried out at the T Printing Company factory located in Miyagi Prefecture. In a factory where a machine weighing approximately 26 tons is placed, the floor began to vibrate after the earthquake. To confirm the situation before the installation of the machine, core drilling was performed at several locations. As a result, it was confirmed that there was a gap of up to approximately 180mm beneath the concrete. By carrying out gap filling work, we were able to restore the original performance of the concrete floor and suppress the floor vibrations. Additionally, we also conducted floor subsidence correction work at a factory of T Industry located in Miyagi Prefecture. 【Case Study】 <Floor Vibration Suppression Work at T Printing Company Factory in Miyagi Prefecture> ■ Construction: (Phase 1) July 2011, (Phase 2) October 2011 ■ Maximum Gap Size: Approximately 180mm ■ Total Construction Area: Approximately 160m2 ■ Actual Working Days: 1.5 days *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

TerraTech method for correcting tilts, subsidence, and level differences in floors and buildings: Case study collection giveaway.

We solve problems such as ground improvement and ground strengthening under buildings, mainly through settlement correction and void filling work using the Terra Tech method! We have surpassed 4,500 construction achievements.

●What is the Teratech Method… It is a patented method that involves injecting rigid polyurethane foam "Teratech resin" under concrete floors to fill voids and level sunken floors using its expansion force. Since it does not require breaking the floor, operations can continue without moving shelves or machinery! ▼Various issues we have resolved 【Tilt】 - Struggling with uneven factory floors. Want to make the concrete floor flat. - The warehouse floor has sunk in a bowl shape, causing vibrations during forklift operation. - The area where machines are installed has sunk, causing tilting of the machines. 【Subsidence】 - Found tilting in the foundation, making repairs impossible. - The concrete floor of the school gymnasium has sunk, except for the underground beams. - There are depressions on the warehouse floor, raising concerns about product storage and worker safety. 【Step Differences】 - There are step differences in the floor, causing product defects such as loads falling. - There is a step at the entrance of the refrigerated warehouse, making it difficult for forklifts to pass. 【Hollows and Gaps】 - The vibrations from the machines have worsened. I would like to check for any voids. - Cracks have appeared under the floor. We are struggling with corrosion of stored items and pest infestations. - Due to flooding, the soil under the concrete has been washed away, creating voids.
